At Velouré, we are committed to delivering a seamless luxury experience from checkout to installation. Please review our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order. 


Order Processing: 

All Velouré products are carefully inspected and quality-verified prior to shipment. 

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days  
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. 

During high-volume periods (launches, restocks, holidays), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as we maintain our quality standards. 

 

Shipping: 

Once processed, orders are shipped via trusted carriers. 

United States Shipping 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days  
  • Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 1–2 business days 

Shipping timelines begin after order processing is complete. 

Signature Confirmation Required: 

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for security purposes. 

Velouré Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. 

International Shipping 

International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. 

Please note: 

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. 
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

 

Address Accuracy: 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

Velouré is not responsible for: 

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout 
  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations: 

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. 


Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on: 

  • Bundles 
  • Closures 
  • Custom or special orders 

This policy ensures that every customer receives unused, untouched luxury hair. 


Order Issues or Defects 

We stand behind the quality of Velouré hair. 

If you believe you have received a defective product, you must: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Provide clear photos and your order number 
  • Ensure the product has not been installed, altered, or washed 

Once the hair has been: 

  • Installed 
  • Cut 
  • Colored 
  • Washed 
  • Chemically altered 

It is no longer eligible for review. 

We reserve the right to inspect and determine if the product qualifies for replacement at our discretion. 


Texture & Natural Variation Disclaimer 

Because we sell 100% raw human hair: 

  • Slight texture variations are normal 
  • Natural color tones may vary 
  • No two bundles are identical 

These variations are signs of authenticity and are not considered defects. 


Refused or Undeliverable Packages 

If a package is refused or returned to us: 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees 
    • Restock fee of $35 is applied


Fraud Prevention 

Velouré Hair Extensions reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. 

Orders flagged for verification may require additional confirmation before shipping.
