The number of hair bundles will vary depending on the hair texture and your desired volume.
14–20 inches: 2–3 bundles
22–26 inches: 3 or more bundles

Hair Care
Can Velouré hair be colored?
Yes, our hair products can be colored, bleached, toned, or styled with heat.
We recommend having this done by a licensed professional hair stylist to ensure the best results and to maintain the integrity of the hair.
How should I wash my extensions?
To ensure longevity of your Velouré hair products we recommend the following care
instructions:
• Detangle with a wide-tooth comb
• Cleanse with sulfate-free shampoo, apply conditioner
• Rinse with lukewarm water
• Air dry when possible
• Avoid excessive heat styling
Does raw hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair extensions. Proper care and gentle
detangling help maintain the fullness and integrity of the hair.
Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order through the tracking link provided in the email or on the UPS website.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5
business days and express shipping takes 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Velouré ships internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and
customs processing.
Returns & Exhanges
Do you accept returns?
Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Luxury hair products that have been used, washed, cut, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team support@velourehairext.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
There is a $35 restocking fee for ALL exchanges. Return shipping cost must be paid by customer.
